Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Full Refunds

You may request a 100% refund if:

1.1 Your translated International Driving Document (IDD) is rejected by a car rental agency or traffic authority in a country listed on our Where It's Accepted page, and you provide documented proof of rejection (e.g., rejection letter, agency communication).

1.2 The request is made within 3 years of your original order date.

2. Digital Delivery Delay

If you selected fast-track or express digital delivery, you are eligible for a full refund if:

2.1 Your application was complete and all documents were correctly submitted.

2.2 The digital IDD is not delivered within the promised timeframe:

  • Express Orders: 5–8 minutes
  • Standard Orders: 2–24 hours

Note: Processing times are measured from the moment we receive a complete, valid application.

4. 30-Day Refund Window

You may request a cancellation and refund under the following terms:

4.1 Within 2 hours of placing your order:

Full refund – no questions asked

4.2 After 2 hours, but within 14 days of order:

Refund subject to 20% processing & printing fee

✘ Shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched

4.3 Accepted refund reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Decided not to use the document
  • No longer traveling

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • ✘ Your document was already shipped at the time of cancellation
  • ✘ You provide no documentary proof of rejection in a claim based on authority or rental refusal
  • ✘ You submitted incomplete or inaccurate application data, and the delay or issue was caused by it
  • ✘ Your request is made after 1 year from order date

6. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name and order ID
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Any supporting documents (e.g., rejection letters, tracking proof)

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes arising under this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
